How severe is your allergy?

Is your current medication working? Take this questionnaire developed by Allergy UK to find out if your allergy is under control. If not, you can print out the results for your GP and discuss if a referral to an allergy clinic for immunotherapy treatment is needed.

Do you suffer from a blocked nose/runny nose/sore throat/catarrh/sneezing when you don’t have a cold?

Would you say that itchy eyes /inflamed eyes/ itchy ears/ itchy palate is a problem for you?

If you suffer with any of the above symptoms, have you had treatment from a doctor/ nurse or pharmacist?

Has your allergy been confirmed with an allergy test by your GP or a Consultant?

Have you experienced the above symptoms despite taking your medications regularly? (i.e. antihistamines/nasal sprays/combination nasal sprays (antihistamine and steroid/eye drops).
